NOW IS SUCH A TIME THAT WE AS THE BODY OF CHRIST, SHOULD BE IN PRAYER EVERYDAY, HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRAY? ME AS OFTEN AS I CAN FOR ALL WHO ASK, AND FOR THOSE WHO DON'T ASK, WHEN WE SEE A NEED ALSO.

I am not exactly sure what the question is.  My prayer life (and i would think the same would be true for most people who believe themselves to be spiritual) has a range of levels of prayer.  There are innumerable times throughout the day that i almost unconsciously say to God something very quick, like "Uh, Lord, what about that?"  Now, when you ask "How often do you pray?"  are you talking about that kind of prayer?  I doubt it.  In Philipians 4, verses 4 through 9 Paul gives us a step by step description of how we can have peace in our lives.  Part of it is   "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."  (Php 4:6) NASB.   That level of prayer right there may be part of what you are getting at, but perhaps not.  That type of praying one can still do on the run.  Are you asking how often do we commit a certaing time and place to talking to God?  And in that time and place we probably should have a prayer list of some kind.     All of these levels of prayer are important, but what exactly are you asking about?
