Immigration and Border Security

The recent law that was passed in Arizona has been an issue for many in this country. This subject is somewhat personal, since my mother is an immigrant from the country of Panama. I would like to solicit a response from our CCN family on immigration and border security. I know some of you don’t believe that Christians should not concern themselves with political matters, but I will reserve that for another blog. I will also reserve my opinion on this subject and wait on your responses. Having said all of that, let’s get started.

Scenario #1:

You are the owner of a 3000 square feet home with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a 3 car garage. You live there with your spouse and two young children. You have more than enough room in your house for guest and family visits. Life overall is good for your family.

One night as your family was sleeping with you doors unlocked and windows opened, another family moves in. You awake to see this family enjoying the comforts of your home. You ask them to leave, but either they don’t understand or refuse. They are not hurting you or your family and your property is still in place. The only difference is that you have uninvited guest enjoying the comforts of your residence.

Scenario #2:

You are the owner of a 3000 square feet home with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a 3 car garage. You live there with your spouse and two little children. You have more than enough room in your house for guest and family visits. Life overall is good for your family.

One night as your family was sleeping another family sneaks in through the backdoor. They plant a pipe bomb in the refrigerator that explodes when one of your children opens it. Through your investigation you find that they were criminals bend on harming you. You also find out that you knew them.

Now, I want you to put yourself in the role of the U.S. Government. How would you answer these questions to either scenario 1 or 2?

If you would like to write your own scenario, please share.

How would you treat the new occupants?

Would you allow them to stay?

Would you have them evicted?

Would you lock your doors and windows?

Would you increase your security?

Would you open all doors and windows to allow even more to come in?

We would love to get your responses.

We as Americans has a right to secure our home. We also have the right to screen the people before we allow them to stay in our country[home]. The problem we are have with all these illegals[20 million] is we have no idea who they are.

Short and ,maybe not so sweet, but they have got to go. This country is ran on laws and these laws are to be upheld by everyone. ILLegal immigrants mean they are breaking the law, therefore they have got to be evicted,or to say carried back across the border to their own homeland.

What would you do with the illegals?

I understand that they have to go, but where and what would you do with their families?

Hey Rev. I hear you talking about order and chaos, but what specifically would the order be?
